Are You Registered to Vote?

To be eligible to register to vote:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be a New Jersey resident
• Must have resided in the State and County for at least 30 days before the next election
• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Must not be serving a sentence of incarceration as the result of a conviction of an indictable offense under the laws of this or another state or the United States
