Pitch in! Get Involved with NJ Dems' 2026 Summer of Service!
Join the New Jersey Democratic Committee and our local volunteer networks in supporting our neighbors in need this summer!
During the New Jersey Victory Summer of Service, local volunteers will activate and grow their networks to support a statewide hygiene supply drive to benefit our neighbors in need (to be distributed by New Jersey food banks and other community based organizations).
Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
Sign up to attend an in-person Summer of Service kickoff event near you to learn how to create or join a local volunteer network.
Contribute supplies to your local Summer of Service hygiene drive by connecting with a local campaign organizer to find the donation site nearest to you and contributing any of the following items for donation at a donation site near you (in new and unopened condition): Diapers (especially sizes 4, 5, & 6) Baby formula Baby wipes Bar soap/Body wash Shampoo Toothpaste Feminine hygiene products Used or new reusable shopping bags
Organize a donation site at your home or in your community (your local campaign organizer will provide training and resources to get you started)
Volunteer to staff donation collection booths at town picnics and other public events
Attend our recurring in-person supply sorting and packing events to prepare supplies for delivery to receiving organizations alongside fellow volunteers
