New Jersey Democratic State Committee is partnering with the National Democratic Training Committee to conduct virtual training sessions on May 11th and 12th.

These training sessions will take the place of the in-person trainings that would normally be held. These sessions will focus on how to build and run a campaign during these difficult times. It will benefit the next generation of Democratic candidates and campaign operatives. Topics that will be covered include field, communications, digital strategy, and fundraising. 

This is the schedule for the first training day on May 11th:

5:40 – 6:40 pm: How to Reach Voters When You Can’t Meet in Person

6:40 – 6:45 pm: Screen Break

6:45 – 7:45 pm: How to Connect with Your Voters Through Sharing Your Personal Stories (Story of Self)

7:45 – 8:00 pm: Question and Answer Period

This is the schedule for the second training day on May 12th,

5:40 – 6:40 pm: Digital Organizing: How to Engage and Activate Your Audience (Content Calendar)

6:40 – 6:45 pm: Screen Break

6:45 – 7:45 pm: Virtual Events: Fundraising When You Can’t Meet in Person

7:45 – 8:00 pm: Question and Answer Period
