Interested in running for office?

The Monmouth County Democratic Party is always looking for committed Democrats to run for local office. Local issues often impact our lives the most, especially issues like property taxes, local public safety, or educating our children. Running for Town Council, Committee, or Mayor isn't easy, but it's one of the most important things we can do for our community.

There are currently more than 100 local elected Democratic Mayors and Councilmembers throughout Monmouth County. These Democratic leaders are focused on local issues and improving the quality of life for their residents.
