Step 1: Organize Your Town
Organizing the Democratic Party starts with YOU! It begins at the local level and we know that only with organization and victories on the local levels can the higher levels of government secure Democratic victories. Monmouth County has 53 municipalities and mostly all of them have existing organizations and leaders that you can reach to get involved in organizing your town.
Find information on your town.
Step 2: Organize Your Region
After organizing your municipality, the second step is to organize your region. While each town is unique, there are certain things that towns can do to help other neighboring communities. As ideas are created, programs implemented, and campaigns waged, there can be a great sharing of ideas across municipal lines. Each organization has something that they can offer to the group and that is why we encourage your town’s participation on a regional level. Contact the Municipal Outreach staff listed above to find out what activities are ongoing in your region.
Step 3: Organize the County
Only after the towns and the regions are organized can the County Party be truly organized and successful. Without the cooperation of Democratic organizations from all over the county, there can be no true victory. After working with your town and region we ask that you help the county organization. There are many opportunities for every person to get involved and the county can always use your help. Contact the Municipal Outreach Staff or the County Party Office for information on how YOU can make a difference on the county level!
Step 4: Victory for Democrats!
Together we can achieve victory in Monmouth County, from towns to the Congress and every office in between!
